When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact forms

Kaduna Business School collects data about job seekers, contact persons and users via our contact forms, including persons representing potential Customers who approach us via Kaduna Business School’s websites or other channels. Kaduna Business School acts in such regards as the data controller.

In order to maintain a complete overview and insight into which Customers have relations with the various companies associated with Kaduna Business School Limited, we will, therefore, share your data with these companies. Kaduna Business School may share your personal information with our partners in the event that this is legitimate from a business perspective. For example, if you purchase a service on behalf of your employer that we provide through one of our certified partners.

The police and/or other authorities may demand the handover of personal information from Kaduna Business School. In these cases, Kaduna Business School will only hand over the data if there is a court order or another legal obligation to do so.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
