She has also participated in several international programs in Seychelles, Malaysia and Ghana. Other assignments were the coordination of programs both for the private and public sector. Recent facilitation was the faculty board member for the accreditation framework of Business Development Service Providers, Youth Enterprise in Innovation in Nigeria Bootcamp for budding entrepreneurs, the Kaduna Refining and Petro-chemical company retreat and the Tertiary Education Trust Fund management retreat.
Hussaina participated in the 2018 Acumen West African Fellows Program, a leadership program aimed at changing the way the world tackles poverty. She is a women empowerment advocate, as part of her community development initiative, she has engaged young less privileged women in the North-West to build confidence in being empowered by starting and running their own businesses. She has also supported undergraduate youths who have been involved in one form of juvenile delinquency or the other via counselling support and mentorship.
