N-MEP Programme Application

N-MEP Programme

Who is N-MEP For?

N-MEP is designed for women and youth aged 18 to 45 who are ready to own and operate a manufacturing enterprise.

You do not need a manufacturing background — you need commitment, the right raw materials in your state, and the willingness to go through the programme from start to finish.

You are eligible if you:

  • Are between 18 and 45 years of age
  • Are a Nigerian citizen resident in one of the 36 states or the FCT
  • Can confirm the availability of relevant raw materials in your state or LGA
  • Are prepared to complete all five stages of the N-MEP pipeline, including two weeks at the RMRDC facility in Abuja
  • Intend to establish and operate a manufacturing enterprise in Nigeria

Priority is given to:

01
Women

The programme targets a minimum of 50% female enterprise ownership.

02
Unemployed & Informal Entrepreneurs

Persons who are currently unemployed or self-employed in an informal enterprise.

03
Access to Raw Materials

Persons with access to raw materials in their home state.

04
Government & Legislative Nominations

Persons nominated by a State Government, Local Government Council, or Member of the National Assembly.

No prior manufacturing experience is required.
