Blessing O. Ajunwa is a dedicated member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting (2005) and a Master of Business Administration (2014) from the University of Benin.

In 2017, she furthered her education at the Nigerian Defence Academy, where she earned a Master of Science in Accounting and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in the same field. Blessing has actively participated in various doctoral research workshops, seminars, and academic conferences.
