Musa S. Maigida

Musa S. Maigida is an Organizational Development specialist and SME strategist who works with government and business organizations to develop resilient people and robust systems. 

He has two decades of experience as lead faculty with the Kaduna Business School, interlaced with a visiting faculty role at the Pan Atlantic University-Enterprise Development Centre (EDC) and Executive Programmes in Dubai and Singapore. Musa understands the “tone” of effective leadership and the foundations of great institutions and successful enterprises. He has led high-profile consulting projects with organizations such as the Defense Industries Corporation of Nigeria (DICON), The Nigerian Security Printing and Minting Plc. (NSPMC), Office of The Head of Service of The Federation, Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN), National Board for Technical Education (NBTE), ENABLE Nigeria, YOUWIN, SMEDAN and TOTAL Energies. 

He is certified in Industry-Focused Curriculum Development from the Ohio State University Centre on Education for Training & Employment (CETE). In addition to completing the CBN-SEDPI Microfinance Training Service Provider (MTSP) course, he also received training in Digital Marketing and Business Advocacy. He holds a BSC degree in Microbiology from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria and a PGD in Management from  Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University Bauchi.
