About This Course
The goal of this programme is to approach the challenge of executive leadership development as a systems challenge. Leaders don’t operate in isolation and the “internal organization” is just one in a collection of “publics” they are responsible for. Meanwhile the spectre of political agendas is an inseparable feature of high level-leadership requiring sophisticated competencies and the ability to “see around corners”. Therefore generic leadership skills while useful for navigating intra-organizational complexity are indufficient when it comes to dealing with diverse external stakeholders.
