About This Course

Organizations are not static, they are dynamic and evolving. As they grow/age, several things become apparent such as the unseen connections, boundaries and prominent structural configuration. Other realities include the emergence of power blocs inside and outside the organization with each coalition seeking to exert their influence. This course will help decision makers understand their ecosystem and rethink their approach to strategic decisions and stakeholder engagement. In order to achieve this, the course will draw on the disciplines of “organizational architecture” and “power configurations”.
