The youth are the leaders of the future and deserve to be treated like we would treat any candidate of a succession planning in any organization, institution, and company. Such candidates are often enrolled in some sort of development programme in preparing them for the future challenges they would face. Since they are the youth, they are expected to continue paying attention to their holistic development. They must enjoy their life journey.

They could become serious value chain additions in the various economic sectors of their countries and international. They are the future ambassadors of their countries.
